A special program for GHAWTH’s employees to improve well-being, reduce stress, learn coping skills, and increase resilience.

To alleviate the tension caused by Lebanon’s economic, political, and security circumstances, and in collaboration with IMC, a specific program has been developed for GHAWTH’s personnel to improve well-being, reduce stress, learn coping skills, and increase resilience.
Employees attended five training sessions, and we collected feedback from both participants and trainers.
